Convenient location and warm service. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the main market. We loved the hospitality of the staff. They were friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was a favorite for us. The food was delicious, and the view of the city was mesmerizing. the hotel offers a desert safari with camel rides, which was a unique experience for us.

Inconsistent room quality and slow room service. While some rooms were spacious and clean, others were cramped and rundown.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Jaisalmer. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was ideal - it was on a prime spot and close to the railway station, making it very convenient for exploring. From my room, I had a great view of the city palace and the Golden Fort, making it a picturesque stay. The hotel staff were friendly, cooperative, and provided excellent service. The rooms were equipped with AC and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was tasty and offered a variety of options.

All aspects of my stay were wonderful.
